The objective of the Chemical Analysis Group is to improve and promote food safety, quality and general wholesomeness through chemical and nutritional analyses. We aim to provide an excellent and rapid analytical service.

The primary goal is to emphasise the importance of chemical analysis for food products, raw materials, animal feeds and environmental samples. We provide a comprehensive array of chemical composition analyses for fresh products as well as for changes occurring during production and storage, for example in nutritional value, shelf-life and durability.

Our specialists have extensive knowledge of chemical research. Their expertise covers general chemical analysis, protein, fat, water, salt, ash, TVN & TMA,biogenic amines, testing for rancidity, fatty acid analysis and various additives and contaminants.
